A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/26/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Present during the inspection were 22 children, ages 19 months-10 years, in the care of 7 staff members. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 5 staff records during today's inspection. The program director stated that medication is not being administered at this time. The children were observed in free choice activities, circle time, during lunch and during nap. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and emergency supplies during the inspection today. emergency plans, the license, medication, the physical plant, subsidy requirements and background check requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection were found.
