Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a report that was received by the licensing department on August 6, 2018 regarding an allegations related to programs. The inspection was initiated on September 6, 2018 , the inspector was on site from approximately 12:55 pm to 1:49 pm. During the inspection, the licensing inspector conducted Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, review of staff and children records, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
