An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today between 11:40am and 12:50pm. 69 children were directly supervised by 13 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 5 children's records, 5 staff records, medications, attendance records, the menu, evacuation drills and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Children were observed playing outside and preparing for lunch. Today's lunch was beef picadillo, rice, broccoli with dip, pears and milk. The space was well organized and contained an abundance of age appropriate materials. No violations were cited today.
