A complaint was received by the Division of Licensing Programs related to the supervision of the school-age children, specifically at during drop off and pick up times. Other concerns that were expressed were the consistency of staff, qualifications of staff, and tone/level of voices used with the children. An unannounced complaint inspection was made on 11/27/18. Three school-age staff were interviewed, four school-age staff records were reviewed, and the afternoon school-age program was observed from 3:45 pm until 5:00 pm. Based on this inspection, there were no violations observed related to the areas of concern. This inspection was completed on 11/30/18 and sent via email to the provider on that date.
