Technical Assistance:
Consultation provided on spacing of the portable slides and rockers on the younger playground and making sure that the "S" hooks on the swings are not open more than the thickness of a penny ( standard 430C2) The three year old children should be provided eating utensils with their food as it is age and stage appropriate for them to be using utensils for all non finger foods.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 32 children with 8 staff providing supervision. The children were either on their cots for nap time or transitioning into the lunch room for lunch, which consisted of grilled cheese sandwhiches, mixed fruit, cucumbers and milk. Six medications were reviewed for six children. Six children and staff files were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. Arrival time: 11: 40 am Departure time: 1: 15 pm
