Technical Assistance:
Discussed documenting YMCA's position title and include State qualified title- example YMCA's position title of Teacher does not actually mean they are in a lead qualified position.

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted this morning. Ratios, interactions, program, and transitions were observed. New staff records, practice drills, and emergency preparedness plan were reviewed. Classrooms and gym were walked though and no violations were noted. Hand washing and toileting was also observed. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A
Description: Based on interviews and review, the center has not obtained an annual fire inspection. Evidence: 1. Fire permit has an expiration date of July, 2018. 2. Staff stated they have called and they stated they would be out soon.

Plan of Correction: We will check with Fairfax County again and explain the importance of obtaining an inspection report or permit. I will also communicate with the Building administrators to verify that an inspection was or was not conducted.
