An unannounced inspection was conducted in response to a complaint that was registered with the Northern Licensing Office. Based on interview with the Director and a review of staff file, it was determined that the complaint related to staff qualifications was Valid. Description: Based on interview with the Director and a review of the record of Staff A, it was determined that there is not always a lead teacher qualified staff person in the PreK classroom in the late afternoon. Evidence: Staff A is sometimes the only staff person in a combined classroom of Three and Four year old year olds. Staff A is not yet 18 and has not yet graduated from High School.

Plan of Correction: There will always be a lead teacher qualified staff person in each classroom. Management will cover classrooms as needed.
