The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on October 26, 2018 regarding allegations of insufficient illness prevention. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made at the center. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid.
