Discussed with the center supervisor staff interactions with children and transportation.
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/28/18 related to the supervision of children and transportation. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of staff leaving personal food items on children's tables, lack of supervision when children go to the bathroom, diapering and transportation. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. Violations no related to this complaint are cited in the violation notice. If you have any questions, contact me at email@example.com or 571-835-4718.
