43 Children were in care during the inspection. The children were observed during free play, outside time and group time. Seven staff and children's records were reviewed. All required paper work was posted. Staff are attending trainings. The rooms are stocked with games and hands on activites for the children. Inspection time 10:00am-12:30am

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-610-A Description: Based on observation the center did not maintain the play ground area in a safe and operable condition. Evidence: There was green plastic sticking up from the grass on the toddler and school age playground posing a tripping hazard. Plan of Correction: We will remove the plastic.
