A SHSI study conducted with the owner of the facility and the director, There were 80 children in care, the age range of the children was three months to nine years old. Children were observed during free play, outside time. Five staff are current in MAT and three staff were current in Daily health observation. Description: Based on review and interviews with the director, the vender did not have all staff current in first-aid and CPR within 90 days of employment. Evidence: Staff A with a stated date of 5/17/2018 was not current in first-aid and CPR.
