Please forward documentation of your annual health and fire inspection to licensing prior to the expiration of the license.
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 19 children with 2 staff were on site today. When the inspector arrived, the children were finishing up snack. Sanitizing of tables were observed after snack. A nice transition to homework and coloring was observed. Positive interaction with staff and children was also observed. The children had a choice to transition to the gym area for large gross motor skills. One child chose to remain in the cafeteria and complete homework. One on one staff interaction was observed. Parents observed picking up their children, conversing with staff and signing their child out on the attendance sheet. All medications were reviewed, first aid kit was determined complete. CPR/First Aid, MAT training and Daily Health Observation training was verified. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office which include background checks for staff. Evidence: The center did not maintain an annual fire inspection report from an appropriate fire official. Plan of Correction: The center is located in a public school and the building has been inspected. The report was in the school's office and unavailable. We will obtain a copy of this and maintain it in the programming area.

Evidence: The annual health inspection was not available for review. Plan of Correction: The center is located in a public school and has been inspected. The health inspection is located either in the main office or kitchen in the school both of which were locked. We will obtain a copy of this inspection and maintain it in the programming area for review.
