An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 6, 2018 from 10:30pm until 12:00pm. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 55 children present with 11 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities, hand washing and diapering. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
