An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:45 and ending at 9:00 AM. There were 43 school-aged children in the care of 4 staff members. The children were observed playing games, during transition, and eating breakfast. Breakfast consisted of french toast sticks, cereal with cheese stick, or nurti-grain bar, fresh fruit or craisins, and milk. Ten children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five medications were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent health inspection was documented as 10/25/18. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 8/2/17. Evidence: The most recent fire inspection was documented as 8/2/17.
