An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director in conjunction with the monitoring inspection beginning at at 7:45 and ending at 9:00 AM. There were 43 school-aged children in the care of 4 staff members. The children were observed playing games, during transition, and eating breakfast. Breakfast consisted of french toast sticks, cereal with cheese stick, or nurti-grain bar, fresh fruit or craisins, and milk. Ten children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five medications and three allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/16/18. The most recent health inspection was documented as 10/25/18. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 8/2/17.
