The Licensing Inspector conducted an inspection on 11/19/18 and 12/10/18 in response to a self-report made by the facility on 11/13/18 concerning an allegation made by a parent about behavior guidance. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, and the entire facility was inspected and observed during the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore there are no violations resulting from the self-report.
