An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:20 AM and ending at 11:15 AM in conjunction with a monitoring inspection. There were five children, ages 4 and 5 years old, in the care of two staff members. The children were observed doing a holiday themed art project. Five children's records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. There were no allergy care plans to be reviewed. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 7/4/18. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent health inspection was dated 3/14/18.
