A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/26/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 12/26/18. There were 25 children present from nine months through eight years. Six children's records and five staff records were reviewed. No medications were present at the center. The inspector arrived at the center at 12:45 pm and completed the inspection at 4:30 pm. The children were observed during nap, during TV time after nap, during afternoon snack, and during free play times. Infant activities were also observed. There was discussion with the director about all new subsidy requirements and available forms on the web site for subsidy providers. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found
