A SHSI inspection was conducted with the director and the assistant director. 52 children were in care and the age range of the children was three months to five years old. Ten school children arrived the age range was five years to ten years old. Children were observed during free play, rest and singing holiday songs for the parents. All required paper work was posted. 11 staff records and eight children's records were reviewed. LI went discussed voice tones and positive discipline with both directors. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-B Description: Based on review of 12 staff records not all staff completed the Virginia Pre services Training with in 90 days of employment. Evidence: Staff 2 with a date of hire (DOH) 7/16/18, Staff 3, with a DOH 5/7/18, Staff 4, with a DOH 2/8/18 Staff 6, with a DOH 7/16/18 did not have documentation of Virginia Pre service Training. Plan of Correction: All staff will complete the training.
