Reviewed 3 children's files, 4 staff files, emergency evacuation log, cribs and sleep mats, menu, health and fire inspections, playgrounds and physical plant. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
