Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided in the following areas of the standards: 22VAC40-191 (Background checks); 22VAC40-185-(3)-190 (Program Leader qualifications); 22VAC40-185-(7)-550 (Emergency plan)

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/8/19 from 10:00am - 11:30am. During the inspection there were 72 children ages four months old through five years old in care with 20 staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms, and playing. Records were reviewed for six children and five staff. Medication, emergency procedures and emergency supplies were reviewed during the inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
