An unannounced renewal study was conducted today between 11:15am and 12:05pm. 41 children were directly supervised by 9 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, attendance records, evacuation drills, 4 staff records, 4 children's records, the Emergency Preparedness plan, first aid supplies and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed in small group activities and preparing for lunch. Today's menu included chicken nuggets, oranges, squash and milk. No violations were cited.
