Plan of Correction: Follow up with parents to establish the correct phone numbers

Description: Based on review, the licensee did not ensure that the center shall implement a monthly practice evacuation drill. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on January 10, 2019, there was no documentation of an evacuation drill practiced in November 2018.
