An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:10 AM and ending at 8:53 AM in conjunction with the monitoring inspection. There were 13 children, ages 5 through 9 years old, in the care of three staff members. The children were observed playing with building blocks and dolls, drawing and coloring, and eating breakfast. Hand washing procedures were observed. Ten children's records were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Seven medications were reviewed and in compliance. Three allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/10/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/5/18. The most recent health inspection was dated 10/30/18.
