Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 1/11/19. There were 28 children present from four years through 11 years with three staff supervising. Five children's records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed for updates. There were two medications observed for one child in care (emergency/as needed). The inspector arrived at the school at 3:25 pm and departed at 5:30 pm. The children were observed during preparation for snack (hand washing), during snack, during free time, during an art activity, and during departures.
