Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A Description: Based on review, the center did not provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on January 16, 2019, the fire inspection report for the facility was more than one year old and was dated 4/5/17. Plan of Correction: The director will go to the office to see if they can ask the fire inspector to conduct the inspection.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-500-A Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the staff members did not ensure that children's hands were washed after having a snack or meal. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on January 16, 2019, a child was observed finishing a morning snack and the staff members did not have the child wash her hands afterwards. Plan of Correction: I will have a discussion with the children and the staff about handwashing after eating.
