- Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding the new subsidy requirements that became effective on October 17, 2018.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:00am & 12:30pm, there were 57 children with 8 staff member. Physical plant, programming, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-770-B-5 Description: Based on review of emergency procedures, there is no documentation of continuity of operations procedures during an emergency. Evidence: There is no documentation of how the center will continue operations of essential functions during an emergency. Plan of Correction: I will add this information to our current plan.
