Comments:
An unannounced monitoring, self reported inspection was conducted regarding standard 22 VAC 40-185-400 , behavioral guidance. This visit was conducted in the morning between 9:30-11:15 staff interviews were conducted along with viewing the video of the incident. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-400-A
Description: Based on review of video, staff did not interact with a child to provide emotional well-being and comfort. Evidence: Video was reviewed of the interaction between staff and children and it was determined staff did not act in a way to provide emotional well-being and comfort.

Plan of Correction: Staff members in the classroom that day have been terminated.
