Technical Assistance:
Staff records were reviewed on a different day at the Parks and Recreation Office.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 11:30-12:15. Ten children were present with two staff which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed in free play, singing and playing with trikes and cars in the "Big" room adjacent to the classroom. The bathroom was renovated. No emergency medication is on-site today. All emergency preparation for trainings (First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration Training-MAT) certifications are current. Drills and records for two children were reviewed and up to date. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
