At the time of the inspection 24 children were present with four staff. The sample size consisted of five children's records and five staffs' records. Staff and children were observed during free indoor play, bathroom break, hand washing, diapering, lunch, clean-up, nap, transitions, and behavioral guidance. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
