An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:20 and ending at 12:00 There were 27 children in care with three staff on this teachers work days. Children were observed participating in active group games and doing craft project and having lunch. Reviewed medications for 9 children - see violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-A Description: Based on a review of the medications for 9 children , it was determined that 2 children's medication was not up to date. Evidence: Child 3 and Child #5 have emergency medications that expired 12/18. Plan of Correction: The parents have been notified and know that medication is needed.
