Comments:
An announced non-mandated monitoring inspection was completed on 01/23/2019 in response to a self-reported incident that was reported to the licensing inspector on 01/18/2019. The inspector reviewed one child's record and two staff records during the 01/23/2019 inspection. The inspector watched video footage and interviewed four staff members during the 01/23/2019 inspection; representatives from a local agency were also on-site during the inspection to review video footage. The inspector determined that there were no violations of the Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers and no violations were cited. The inspector arrived at the facility at 10:20 a.m. and departed at 1:30 p.m. Please contact the inspector at 540-309-2835 if you have questions concerning this inspection.
