An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between approximately 12:20pm and 2:30pm. 91 children were directly supervised by 14 staff. Ratios were in compliance. The inspection was conducted during nap time. The physical space, 6 children's records, 5 staff records, evacuation drills, attendance records, the menu, progress reports, medications and required posted documents were reviewed. Infant cribs, labeled bottles and diapering procedures were in compliance. The space was clean, organized and contained an abundance of age appropriate materials. No violations were cited today.
