Licensing Inspector arrived at 1:00 and departed at 2:15 PM to conduct a modification inspection. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. All classrooms and outdoor play areas were measured and reviewed. The building is not completely set up and will require re-inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A Description: Based on review of the physical plant, it was determined that all areas of the facility were maintained in a clean and safe condition. Evidence: The following were some, but not all of the physical plant issued noted: - there were construction supplies in the classrooms including, but not limited to, paint supplies - the wood covering the sink area in the classrooms were rough and could cause splinters. - there were overgrown grass and weeds on the playground. Plan of Correction: Licensee will ensure that all items are corrected and facility is safe and ready for re-inspection.
