Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Heath and Safety inspection was conducted with the assistant director beginning at 1:41 PM and end 5:20 PM, in conjunction with a licensing monitoring inspection. There were 148 children, ages four months through 5 years old, in care during the inspection. The infants were observed playing with manipulatives and doing tummy time. Four infants were observed sleeping in cribs. The older children were observed during nap time, being read stories, and preparing for snack. Ten children's records and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed. The outdoor recreation area was not inspected due to weather conditions. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent fire inspection was 1/31/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/25/18.
