An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 8:45 AM and ending at 10:13 AM in conjunction with the licensing renewal inspection. There were eight school-aged children in the care of two staff during the inspection. Children were observed dancing to music, playing games, and doing art projects. Six children's records and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 1/28/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/26/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 12/14/18.
