Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on February 5, 2019 from 10:20 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. There were eleven students in the care of two staff. No medication is being administered at this time. Five children's records and two staff records were reviewed and updated. Areas observed: small group educational activities, bathroom/hand washing procedures, snack, circle activities, outside play, and dismissal. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. This preschool is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials with the children in care.
