An unannounced monitoring focused inspection was conducted on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 10:45am to 12:25pm as a part of the center's probationary period. The licensing inspector focused on operational responsibilities, forbidden actions, behavioral guidance, and background checks. The center's director assisted the inspector. Observations were made at the center and three staff's records were reviewed. There were no violations resulting from this focused inspection.
