Technical Assistance:
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 12:00pm to 12:55pm. At the time of entrance, there were 50 children present with 8 staff present and 1 administrator. The inspector observed children participating in infant activities, lunch, toileting and hand washing, and nap. A sample size of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications were also reviewed. Staff reported that there have been no injuries since the last inspection. Areas of noncompliance are identified in the Violation Notice and were discussed with the Assistant Director at the conclusion of this inspectio

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/08/2019 was conducted from 12:0pm to 12:55pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 50 infant to preschool aged children in care with 8 staff members and 1 administrator. The inspector observed children participating in infant activities, lunch, toileting and hand washing, and nap. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications were also reviewed. The Director reported there have been no injuries since the last inspection. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements during this inspection.
