An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:45 PM and ending at 2:55 PM in conjunction with the licensing monitoring inspection. There were seventy-one children in care during the inspection. The children's ages ranged between seven months and five years old. The infants were observed sleeping in cribs and interacting with the caregivers. The older infants were observed sleeping in cribs and on cots. The older children were also observed during nap time. Ten children's records were observed and in compliance. Six staff records were observed and in compliance. Six medications were reviewed and in compliance. One allergy care plan was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 4/11/18. The most recent health inspection was dated 7/19/18.
