Comments:
An unannounced monitor inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:33 AM and ending 12:05 PM. There were sixty-nine children in care during the inspections. The children's ages ranged between four month and five years old. The infants were observed sleeping in cribs and playing with manipulatives. The older children were observed playing with toys and manipulatives, doing puzzles, and painting. Ten children's records and five were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 1/30/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/17/18. The most recent health inspection was dated as 1/31/19.
