Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A Description: Based on record review and staff interview, the center has not obtained an annual fire inspection. Evidence: 1. The posted Fire Permit indicates the last fire inspection occurred on 2/6/18 and the permit expired on 7/31/2018. 2. Staff stated they have called to request an updated fire inspection. Plan of Correction: We have contacted Fairfax County on several occasions to request a fire inspection. We will follow up again to check on the status of when they will be out for the inspection.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-E Description: Based on observation, the center did not maintain a complete record of monthly evacuation drills. Evidence: 1. The Fire Drill Record did not contain the date of January 2019 evacuation drill. 2. The last recorded evacuation drill occurred 12/27/2018. Plan of Correction: We will make sure to immediately document following the evacuation drill.
