An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. There were 18 children in care being supervised by 2 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play and cooperative games. Morning snack served today is toast, yogurt, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. An allergy list was observed for children enrolled in the program with diagnosed food allergies. Allergy Care Plan's were reviewed for those children with diagnosed food allergies. Staff training records were reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-Service Training. The most recent lock down drill was conducted December 2018.
