Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding emergency drill records.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 3:15 pm-4:45pm. 28 children were in care with 3 staff members present. Children were observed arriving to the program, playing outside, washing hands before PM snack and eating snack in the cafeteria. 5 children records, emergency drill records and supplies were reviewed. Description: Based on record review, center did not update children's records annually. Evidence: 1. Child # 1's record was last updated on 2/6/18. 2. Child # 2's record was last updated on 11/14/15.

Plan of Correction: We will ask the parents to update the records.
