Technical Assistance:
Discussed standard for summer shade on playground. Can use the shade from the building if it shades parts of the playground all day.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:00 am-12:15. There were a total of 67 children with 13 staff members present. Children were observed engaged in group activities, manipulatives, blocks, feet painting and outdoor play time. The playground has artificial turf surfacing and a climber, both inspected. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date. The renewal application was completed and given to the inspector.
