Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today between 11:00am-12:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 37 children under the supervision of 7 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice . Description: Based on file review and interview, 3 out of 6 staff have not completed the required Virginia Pre-service Training for Child Care Staff. Evidence 1. Staff #1, #3 and #5 have not completed this training yet.

Plan of Correction: This will be completed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-F
Description: Based on file review, 1 out of 5 staff records does not have current certification in CPR and First Aid. Evidence 1. Staff #1, #3 and #5 are not currently certified in CPR and First Aid and CPR.

Plan of Correction: They will get certified.
