The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, menu, fire, lockdown, and shelter-in-place drills. There were five children?s records and the four staff's emergency contacts and required certificates of completion were reviewed during this inspection. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
