A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 3/7/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 3/7/19. There were 110 children present in seven groupings from 2 months through 12 years present. Six children's records and five staff records were reviewed. Three medications were also reviewed. The inspector arrived at the center 10:45 am and departed at 3:45 pm. The children were observed during movie times, during free time in the classrooms, during lunch, during outside times, and during nap. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
