Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today after school. There are 15 children present with 3 staff. Staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full records are reviewed at the main office at another time. 3 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. There are no medications present at the facility. Children were observed; arriving to the program from other schools, washing hands, eating snack and playing games in the rooms. There will be no outside time today due to inclement temperatures. Emergency escape drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, toys, games and age appropriate equipment are all in compliance.
