Based on all available evidence, the following are the findings for those areas of the standard that were in review: 50.A Reported / Valid 80.A Reported / Not-Valid If you should have any future questions with regards to these findings, please call. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-50-A Complaint related: Yes Description: Based on interview, a child's record was not made available to a parent upon request. Evidence - 1. Staff #1 stated (during an interview conducted on the date of inspection - 03/12/2019) that on 03/11/2019 at approximately 12:30 pm, a written attendance for that day was not made available to the Parent of Child #1 upon their request. 2. The system that alerted each parent that their child was checked into the center was down. While the ipad within Child #1's assigned room indicated that this child was in attendance, it was not presented to the parent, nor a hard copy made available. Plan of Correction: In the future, to meet this request, if the same situation should arise, the ipad shall be presented for review or a hard copy provided. If the hard copy contains the name of other children, a reasonable time will need to be allowed for redaction in order to preserve the confidentiality of all other applicable children.
